Terms of Service
Overview
By booking a service with The Balcony Co. you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all customers across London.
Bookings
All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of your request. We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will always give as much notice as possible.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided before work begins based on photos or a site visit. The agreed price is final. Starting from £60 for a standard balcony clean. Prices may vary depending on size, surface type and condition of the balcony.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the clean by cash or bank transfer. We do not require payment upfront for standard bookings. For larger commercial jobs, a deposit may be agreed in advance.
Liability
The Balcony Co. holds public liability insurance. We take every care with your property and outdoor space. Any concerns or issues must be raised on the day of the clean or within 24 hours of completion.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your booking. Same day cancellations may incur a call-out charge of £20 to cover travel costs.
